About Roger Carter’s incisive commentary about Councilmember Kelly Boyd’s vote on the “stop work” order on the Halliburton House (“Bizarre Decisions by City Council,” Letters, April 27), the last time I heard so insightful and telling a political critique, the person to whom it was directed could barely mutter a muted “penisbreath” as he staggered, shaken, from the sandbox.
