It will improve safety at a very unsafe intersection;the plan has been approved by Cal Trans,OC Board of Supervisors, OC Planning Commission,& OC Superior Court; no City, County or State money will be spent on the project; it is the residents of the City,their family/friends & tourists travelling in & out of the City whos lives will be made safer-the project has zero to do with “convenience” of anyone & everything to do with the safety of everyone!
