Learning to Cook Gluten-Free

Clinical nutritionist Gini Warner and Chef Ross Harris, authors of the book “The Gluten-Free Edge,” are offering a hands-on cooking class Wednesday, Aug. 22, at 1:30 p.m.

Participants will also learn about the gluten-free diet in the workshop at the Susi Q Center, 380 Third St. Laguna Beach, CA (949) 497-2441

The $100 cost includes a meal of baked corn meal crusted chicken with vegetables and a copy of “The Gluten-Free Edge” cookbook.

Register in advance by Monday, Aug. 20.
Enrollment is limited to 15 participants

Warner, a clinical nutritionist for more than 20 years, has offices in Laguna Niguel and Newport Beach.
